I still can't believe it has been over 3 years since Ernie and our friend Jon, lost their battle to malignant melanoma. This awful illness continues to blight the lives of many.
We are now a part of the government's melanoma task force and we are represented at NICE, so that people like Ernie, might stand a chance.

Glad you had a good time in our fair city. Your view on the match was spot on.Nice to hear Hughsey getting a good reception for a change. Hope to see you next season and get you a better hotel....

Got this link of my team's forum (Bournemouth), great website. Would be really good if we had a blogging website like this for our away visits.

I found the site through the editors post on our fans website (Plymouth).
I'm impressed and it's one of the best football blogs I've ever read. The other Argyle fans seem to be impressed too.
We obviously did not have a good day and you deserved too win after a very different 2nd half.
If we met you at the match I would've given you a high 6 (Cornish joke).
Good luck for the season and I hope we play you again or anyone for that matter...

I saw Ernie play for Chesham United and subsequently met him some time later when he was on Oldham's books. He was a fine player and your website does him proud.

Was great to see you and the flag on your travels yesterday (shame about the result for us). Wish you well over the coming season.

Sorry about your flag/steward experiences. It would have been worth posting first for things to do. For instance Sheffield not only hosts the UK's number one cancer hospital but also has a superb palliatyive care unit for terminal cancer patients and their families.
Good look for the future and this season. Regards Nev
